Oh sure this is brilliant...............
However, don't go into it thinking you will get it straight away. That is the only advice I will give you, otherwise have fun! I searched high and low for this and when I found it I was shocked at how slow I picked the pace up with it. I am still learning the songs almost a year on from buying it. Buy ''in between dreams'' if you want it easier.

WHY ARE YOU JUST WAITING? CLICK BUY!
Okay, let me start off with the bad parts about this book.... all done. There is nothing about this book that will disapoint! I had an all around blast with this book. The tabs are very accurate and fun to pick up and play. All of the music from the cd is here. Including all of the chords. finger work, and even intros, backgorund riffs and solos! SO much detail and good music and so little time. Some people have said that this book is for beginnners, and it can be, but some of the strumming patterns and up-beat tempos may be a little more difficult for beginners. SO GO GET IT!If you like Jack then you will love this book.

Jack is the man
I've been playing guitar for about 7 months now and find this book amazing. Big fan of Jacks just bought his Movie soundtrack. A guitar master If you have any doubts about buying this book, then listen to the entire cd and use that to help you make up your mind. This book is awesome. Can't wait till the next one comes out

Not all songs are cake
You'll find it easy to play most songs, but to have the same rhythm and tempo is the hard part. For instance track 4 "Sexy Plexy", it is fairly fast, and is very hard for the beginners. But thats the beauty of the book, it has a wide range of difficulty, from struming, to finger picking, to catchy little intros and riffs. I suggest buying the CD(although your probably here cause you have heard it or have the CD and want to play it).Jack Johnson is really great at writing catchy phrases and hooks in his work, you'll find that out to if you have just picked up on this sensational musician, and follow his music. Its really fun to pull out a guitar at a party and start playing "Flake",(especially if you can palm mute like Jack) You have everyone's attention. I hope this has answered your question(s). WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! BUY THE BOOK ALREADY!!!

Acoustic fun
I've never had a lesson and usually just strum for fun, and this book was relatively easy for me to pick up most songs. Good for beginners and thouroughly enjoyable from a great artist. Looking forward to the release of the book of the new album. Jack toured Australia with Ben Harper recently and blew him off the stage despite being the support act.
