review

"Well, like most sheet music books, its only good for a foundation of what to work with, but they arent 100% accurate. More like 85%. A lot of leads are messed up, and some of the chords are incorrect...but like i said, a decent foundation."

I learned it all!!

Hey there this book is a perfect way to learn guitar. I have been playing guitar for about 11 months now and i managed to learn the whole book! Its not so hard but you don't only need a baritone guitar for it. I use my guitar on Drop Db and I can manage to play about 9 songs on it. Well enjoy it because it is a great book and Staind ROCKS!!

Not only a tab book but....

Not only is this a tab book but it also teaches alot of chords and scales on a baritone guitar. In the ADADGB and AEADGB tunings. If you want to know alot of chords in these tunings and dont know notes on the fretboard to good to figure them out then alot of the chords are in this book. 5 stars for me.

you need a baritone or a seven string

Great book, only down side is that you need a baritone guitar, or a seven string to play it cleanly. You can try to tune a six string down but it sounds like &*@%$. Check out mushok's ibanez baritone model.

Staind is the best...but

Staind is one of the best bands ever but the guitar tuning is so wacked out. I have broken too many strings on one book. The tab is also very difficult so u should be an advanced guitarist to get it but if u can tune it right and play good it is awesome.

this book is awesome

Mike Mushok is very talented and its fun learning his songs. Some of the songs take a little bit of practice, but it is worth learning. A six string guitar is all you need, even though the tunings are weird, because mike uses a custom-made six string. There are a lot of good melodies, so i suggest you check this book out.

Shoking

This tab book is without a doubt the best one i have. The tabs are extremely accurate and very fun to play. It comes with comprehensive chord diagrams for each song and the lyrcs under the riffs o you know exactly where you are at in the song. Mike Mushok writes some of the best guitar ever and the songs on this tab book are no exception.

ITS BEEN AWHILE since i've got the book

its been about two or three months and i've memorized almost every song. The songs aren't really that hard and some of them are a little more trickier than others. Worth every penny. and practice makes perfect. Uses 7 string, but you can play it on six string. So go have a blast playing staind. I cant wait till their new cd comes out.

This Book is GREAT !!!!!!

The tabs are execellent and easy to play if you have a 7 - string.* *Note - it doesn't use a 7 string but tune a 6 string down to one.

Staind rules

This CD is great, and the guitar tabs in this book sound great too. Everything sounds perfect, but beware. All the songs on this CD are in extremely low tunings.
