This is unnecessarily confusing from the outset and has 2 songs total.Where there are sections to play, the chords are written above and the manuscript left blank .The notation seems arbitrary and aganl more than a little confusing.To be frank I wont bother using this book and have opted for...

not good for studio teaching

this book is too didactic with almost no songs. it has bossa nova broken down into so many parts that , like humpty dumpty,they can't put them together again by the student. these techniques and features of bossa nova could better be taught thru easier versions of the songs. no...

Essential Material

I've studied classical guitar on and off over the years and have become dependent on written music. I love Bossa Nova and this book fills a place that I found difficult to fill with lessons. For me, this is essential and what I've been looking for for a long time....
