best of chris botti
I bought this for my 15 year old granddaughter. She's in the band in high school and is very competitive. She likes the book because it is more difficult than she is used to. She showed it to the band leader and they both like it.

Amazing
This is some Chris Botti's best pieces put in a cheap book that has been long waited for. It is now here and is really just amazing how they put in every little taste of his playing into the book. In my opinion a must have if your a trumpet player.

Botti's Best
Superb. Nicely done. A must in any trumpeter's repertoire. Don't hesitate. Just get it and start practicing and performing. Now, get the rest of his music out there!

Chris Botti is a Hotti
One of today's premier instrumental soloists Chris Botti has a great sound and musicality that is an inspiration for all to elumlate. Seeing a transcription can be overpowering when you see all the little nuances and additions written out just exactly as he performed them on a CD. But it is also a lesson in imbellishment and improvisation of a popular or standard melody. It would be great if, like so many other of the publications that sheetmusicplus offers, they could work up an accompanying CD minus the solo part so you could play along with it. I'm sure with all the muli-tracking done on these recordings it could be worked out and worth a few extra dollars to the publication's price. An intermediate through advanced player would really enjoy and learn much from these transcriptions.

Professionally Done
This book contained a very good selection of songs that for more advanced musicians is a must get. If your into smooth, romantic jazz music and enjoy performing or just messing around with that genre then this book is for you. Nathan Speich ( Trumpeter )

Good music!
I have enjoyed playing this music from this Chris Botti book. I really have enjoyed listening to his work and am even more glad to be playing it myself. Most of the songs fit very well and are nice to play.

Awesome tunes!!!
I've been waiting for years for Mr. Botti to release some of his music. It is extremely fun trying to emulate my favorite artist. Great tunes, some of the upper register is hard to hit, but I'm working at it. Look forward to more of Chris's fine works to become available.

Brilliant Book
This isnt a traditional jazz chart where you add your own improvisations to the piece, it is for someone who likes to read the music note for note. Like me :) brilliant book with pieces from a brilliant trumpeter
