Bass Fitness a plus
One line examples of each exercise. I am getting the most out of this book I can by writing out the exercises on staff paper for all 11 frets. Any level of player can benefit from the exercises.

Essential
The exercises in this book really help. By simply adding some work from this book to the beginning of each of my practice sessions, I am able to more easily navigate my hands through the fret board and hit all of the notes. It really makes a difference!

best buy for self-learning
i bought this book for self study and it has been essential. not only does it have a ton of exercises ranging in difficulty, but it helps you uncover ideas of your own as you work through the book. great for anyone who spends hours with their instrument alone.

Worth SIGNIFICANTLY more than it costs!
If you are a begining bass player. This is all the workout you'll need for months. Just follow the instructions and by the time you're satified with your performance using this book. You'll be an intermediate player with some serious control and cordination between your hands.
