Martina McBride has been performing her vocally stunning country songs since 1992, when she performed the opening set for the legendary Garth Brooks after being discovered only two weeks prior. Her nine-album total makes her something of a country music legend, as do her nearly 50 top singles to hit the charts. A role model to her three young daughters at home, an idol to young stars like American Idol's Carrie Underwood, and winner of multiple awards from the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music, Martina's strong soprano voice continues to move country music fans across the nation. Alfred presents the sheet music to her hit single, "Anyway," from her latest album, Waking Up Laughing. The song includes lyrics, melody line, and chord changes with professionally arranged piano accompaniment.

About Original Sheet Music Edition

Each ORIGINAL SHEET MUSIC EDITION has been arranged for piano by Alfred's talented staff of arrangers. Every effort has been made for the arrangement to be playable on the piano and to sound as close to the original recording as possible. If there are lyrics, a separate vocal line is used so that singers can easily sing along, and all lyrics as heard on the original recording are always included. Almost all arrangements are written in the original key in which they were recorded.

Wonderful meaning-tedious melody

This has a fabulous meaning, but without an awesome performer, it could be a non-starter because it is actually chant-like and quite low pitched.

Piano review of Anyway

Anyway by Martina McBride is such a gorgeous song, but this rendition was not very good for a piano player. The piano part of the song needs more work to be recognizable as the song, Anyway. I hope someday to be able to purchase a piano rendition that does justice...
