Wow!
Last year I attended a performance by a Berlin school company. It was smashing and highly entertaining, though a bit lengthy concerning the dance sequences. Still, this electrifying musical can earnestly compete with shows written in the last few years. Peter

A Musical Delight from an American Icon
When Berlin was called upon to write this musical filling in for Jerome Kern who had just died, he locked himself away in a hotel and wrote the 15 songs in a couple of months. The songs are an amazing tribute to his great talent. There is not a weak number in the score. The music seems to be the regular standard regarding difficulty. This is a book for your library.
