Excellent!

I absolutely love this book. "American Idiot" is a great CD and these transcriptions do not skimp one bit. The songs aren't even that difficult, but somehow they managed to incorporate bass lines, instrumental parts, AND vocal melody lines into all of them, and it never gets repetitive or watered down. It's some of the most well done sheet music in my opinion that I have come across (and I've come across a lot, I'm a little obsessed). Sounds so good that sometimes I start with the first song and just keep on going in order through the entire album, I don't want to stop! "Jesus of Suburbia" alone is 9 minutes of awesomeness. This book is totally worth the money.

wonderful

This book is great! It is challenging but it's very fun when you learn. I would recomend it to anyone who is a Green Day lover and loves the piano.

easy way to rock!

This book is really good for anyone beginningto learn electric guitar as long as you can read the fingering.I would reccomend listening to a song before learning it to get the right rythm and sound. It's really fun and easy to pick up on.Well worth the money.

Awesome!

Great but some songs have some annoying chords like on Blvrd of Broken Dreams and When September Ends. You might get a little confused on Are We The Waiting but just play around with the strings to the tone of the song on the A and D chords in the song.

amazing

I've been playing for almost 2 years and started at 10 and have only gotten about 3 songs seprate and not the whole pack, but this is the most amazing band ever. once I've gone through it a couple times I found out the rithem. Warning this can make playing the guitar extreamly addictive

It's great!

This book helped me soo much to learn how to play my favorite songs. It is overwelming at first but it gets easier as you learn more. it's great!

AMERICAN IDIOT

This book is a great book, but I suggest that you know how to play a song or two before buying it, because it has 3 different instrument's notation in there...but the songs are fairly easy, like Wake Me Up When September Ends or She's A Rebel, which are pretty much repetitive...I have an Alvarez acoustic and an Ibanez electric and these songs sound great on both....Green Day is like, one of the greats
