really jazzy

jazzy, swing and blues in one mass, new style never heard, sounds great for young people, wakes up the 'sleeping church of Belgium', amazing piano accompaniment, ...: all reactions at the wedding mass of Eef en Bram, where Eufonia sung 'A little Jazz Mass'. 'I wanted to dance' said granny...

Amazing work..

I heard this done by the Hong Kong Symphony et al and it was amazing! I wish a recording existed...and I would love to buy it!

Good, but tough

As long as you like your mass in Latin, and you have good, competent singers, this mass setting will work for you. There are no instrument parts, so if you want to add sax or guitar, you're on your own. The melodies are haunting, and really fit the text (as...

Fascinating and different

If you're looking for something a little different but still very well-written for your church choir, this might be it. It's never trite but is very catchy. My choir loved it!
