Good learning tool
Jay does a great job explaining what he is doing as he takes the viewer through several fiddle tunes, showing how he ornaments them. As the title indicates, these are slow, expressive tunes, and what Jay teaches is the ornamentations that add expression and richness to the basic tunes.

Fantastic teaching tool !!!!!
This is the most helpful teaching tool for the person that wants to learn at their own pace and go over and over as many times as you need. I loved the selection of music in this DVD that also has the written music as well. The format was simple...

Excellent DVD
This is by far one of the best DVD's I've ever used. Jay is very thorough in showing and explaining how to play songs and he moves at a very reasonable pace, allowing the viewer time to prepare and play.
