Nice practice
I started to play this book at the age of 7 my third year of playing. i think it takes you from beginner to advance player. I spend about 4 years with this book then the Mazas and Kayser followed. This book is also good to use for repetitive bow...

very good studies
getting this Wohlfahrt book 1 to supplement the abcs of violin method books 1, 2 and 3 is really ideal if you want a solid foundation starting from scratch. I highly recommend it for children and adults alike. same for viola students.

Really good technique book!
This book is a really good book to learn and practice different types of bowing!! I've only been playing for a little over a year and i find this book isnt too hard but the farther along you get the harder it gets. If you want to be good try...
