Wonderful duet book

"My pre-teen daughter picked out the piano parts fairly easily and the violin isn't so bad for myself, a 3rd-year student. Beautiful, relaxing music to boost any beginning to intermediate performer. Good choice!"

great compositions

"The music is written very well and sounds great. Not difficult, yet sounds wonderful. Good intermediate piece and your can embellish if you are a little more advanced. "

Expression is the Art

"I have listened to Secret Garden for several years. The music has comforted me in times of sorrow, celebrated the good times, healed in times of illness, and sung me to sleep. It is a thrill for me to have the sheet music to be able to interact on a very physical and ethereal level by being able to play my favorite music on the piano. I have never had such satisfaction in playing the music!"

Great songs for violin and piano!

"Beautiful pieces. I was surprised to see that almost every song was written for violin and piano, NOT piano solos. Fortunately for me, my daughter is an accomplished violinist, and we needed a new book! I would have been disappointed if I had been expecting a piano solo book, however."

Refreshing!

"This book has brought such a refreshing pleasure to my time at the piano. As a classical pianist I find this book easy to play through and the songs have a refreshing sound. The only bummer about the arrangements is that many of the songs require a second instrument to play the melody unless you incorporate it into your right hand as well. Otherwise I highly recommend this book to anyone!"

Secret Garden played on the harp

"These songs sound lovely played on the pedal harp. Because of the level of the music written it allows for one to add their own "free style playing to be incorporated into it" thus sounding fuller on some of the pieces. I have enjoyed every song in this book so far. I am very happy with this purchase."
