  • March 08, 2005 How many years has this Ben Bolt people?

I can truly say without Ben Bolt Books I would be nowhere! Is that his real name? Years ago, My Mother was in New Zealand and heard him play at a private party. Jon Williams was there and the rest as they say, is history. Jon was better, but not...

by much! Those Fleta Guitars were singing! Bravo Ben Bolt!

    Difficulty Level:
  • January 20, 2003 Great book for any skill level

This book, which contains 39 pieces, ranging from very easy to very difficult, transcribed in both standard notation and sheet music, can be used by a guitarist at any skill level. The two cds which come with the books mean that someone who can't read music and is just...

starting out can still have play the easy pieces. At the same time, the more difficult pieces in the second book would challenge anyone. The book also includes some nice original transcriptions by Ben Bolt, (the author) of "Scarborough Fair" and "Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee". An overall great set, I think these books will keep you challenged and at the same time teach you some great music.
