High Hopes

Great collection!...for some
"I have been playing piano for over a year (with some lessons as a child) and would say I am at about an intermediate level. The Sound of Music is one of my favorite movies, so once I started playing seriously I knew this was my first choice. Unfortunately, the arrangements were just too difficult for me at this time. My piano teacher even tried to help me simplify the songs so I could play them, but they're just not the same. For those who are more experienced in piano I would say this is a great collection. Hopefully I will be able to work up to playing this great music."

It is entertaining !
"I like the presentation of the book in that it gives both versions - the play and the movie. I wish though the pictures were in colour. The music is grand and can be attempted by the beginner as well as the more advanced performer. I have been playing the piano as a child and teenager and have done exams upto Grade 7 but dropped off in my early 20's to commence playing once again at 50 years. I am very pleased with the purchase. I play the more advanced music while my nephew, a beginnger plays the more simple pieces. "

Wonderful
"I received the music book rapidly, it is in excellent new condition, the price was quite reasonable and I enjoy it. I perform on the piano at the nursing homes here in town and someone asked for the title song, "The Sound of Music." I could take it with me and play it and also all the others in the book the next time I visited there, They loved it!!"
