Fabulous
I love all the songs from this collection and was expecting the usual standard simple arrangements in whatever key they were written in. To my delight these arrangements are rich and detailed very faithful to the nelson riddle recordings. Not for the casual sing-along pianist - most of these arrangements...

Great for my voice range
I am 59 years old and with my first voice teacher. I have only been singing (and NOT lip syncing) for about a dozen years. In June, 2007, I started with my first voice teacher ever...and was scared to death! My voice range works well with 'Round Midnight by Linda...

I agree with Lori- but not just for female singers.When you come across quality work like this ,it is a joy to play. Why do the music publishers assume we are all idiots and "dumb" down everything to easy play and easy keys. This is well worth the extra effort...

An excellent collection for Jazz singers
These are beautiful arrangements and one of the rare editions of standards published in stylistically appropriate keys for jazz singing. I was shocked to see the review of s. Johnson who says she sings along to the albums but then would prefer to own them in easy to play keys....

Could we have the key of "C" please?
I have 2 of the 3 CD's this book was taken from and enjoy singing along to them. So I looked forward to learning to play the songs as well. Unfortunately, the music is written in some very awkward keys (anyone for 5 sharps?) which I will never master with...
