All notes in the PRIMO are played singly with the hands in one position centered around middle C and then played one octave higher. The upbeat folk tune known as ROYAL OAK paired with the cheerful words by Cecil F. Alexander make this piece fun to learn and suitable for a first performance in a church setting or for a recital.
