Very poor and inaccurate rendition

Do not waste your time on this very inaccurate rendition of a beautiful song. Fact that this company put out such a poor level piece and charges so much money should disqualify this company and should be put out of business and closed down.

Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini

The arrangement is wonderful for intermediate to advanced. The print is so small that I can barely read it with magnifying glasses.

Great addition to your piano music library

Includes fingering and everything contained in minimum number of pages.

Wrong Key!

If this is supposed to be at an 'early advanced' level, then would be wrong with writing it in the correct key of Db? This is in C major and sounds totally different in this brighter harsher key. I do wish publishers wouldn't compromise pieces this way, as when my pupils eventually come to learn the original they are shocked to discover a totally different key and therefore different fingering, hand positions etc. not to mention it sounds much better in the original key.

Simple, yet still musical

I bought this with intermediate piano students in mind as a possible recital piece and was not disappointed. I think the arrangement is pleasing to the ear, and was still fun to play. Some cons: It isn't in the original key, otherwise this would have been a good piece to transition into a more advanced arrangement. This arrangement basically repeats the first part of the piece, so it doesn't build into that melody change that occurs in the last part and it ends differently than the original. So if you are looking for a simplified version true to the original, this is not it.

Disappointing

I do not see in the description any indication that this is an arrangement, and not even in the original key. Not worth the price.

18TH VARIATION THEME OF PAGANINI OP.43

GREAT FOR LATER BEGINNERS. WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE THE ARRANGEMENT IN EITHER B FLAT OR A FLAT FOR PERSONAL CHOICE.
