Nice tonal works for flute, voice, and guitar
These are lovely, simple arrangements of traditional songs in Judeo-Spanish (also called Ladino). They provide nice contrast to other more complicated works on a program. There is a good recording of them and other works by Manuel Valls Gorina called Canciones Sefarditas y Homenaje a Manuel de Falla with Rosa Mateu, soprano. She pronounces the text as if it were in Spanish; if you listen to other performances of these songs on YouTube you can get an idea of the Ladino pronunciation.
