Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process and are based on the weight of the order and include a handling fee. To review the shipping charges for your order, place all items in your cart and proceed to checkout. All shipping costs are in US dollars.

Delivery Options

Our delivery options estimate the time it will take for your order to reach you after it has left our warehouse. See Lead Time for more information.

For delivery within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO:

Flat Rate Budget Delivery
A flat rate will be applied to your order, regardless of order amount or weight. We reserve the right to discontinue or change our flat rate Budget Delivery at any time.

Mainland US: Order arrives in 1 – 2 weeks after leaving our warehouse.
Alaska/Hawaii: Order arrives in 1 – 3 weeks after leaving our warehouse.

Standard Delivery
Mainland US:  Order arrives in 3 – 5 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Alaska/Hawaii: Order arrives in 1 - 2 weeks after leaving our warehouse.

2 Business Day Air
Order arrives within two business days after leaving our warehouse. Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery is guaranteed and tracking is available for all packages shipped via 2 Business Day Air.

Next Business Day Air
Order arrives in one business day after leaving our warehouse. Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery is guaranteed and tracking is available for all packages shipped via Next Day Air.

For delivery to Canada:

All shipping costs are in US dollars.

Customs Free Priority Air
Order arrives in 3 - 8 business days after leaving our warehouse. Ships from our warehouse overnight to Canada and is then delivered by Canadian Post.

Express Air
Order arrives in 1 – 3 business days after leaving our warehouse. Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes.

No Custom or Import Taxes!
We've streamlined our shipping process for Canadian customers!  Canadian customers will be charged GST based on your address, but there are no additional import or customs taxes. Since your taxes are paid at the time of order, there will be NO additional fees collected on delivery.

For delivery outside the US and Canada:

Length of delivery depends on the time required for products to move through your country's customs or import tax system. All shipping costs are in US dollars.

Budget Air/Ground
Order arrives in 3 – 6 weeks after leaving our warehouse. Ships by air to your country's postal system, then by ground to final destination.

Standard Air
Order arrives in 1 – 3 weeks after leaving our warehouse. Ships by air to your country's postal system, then by 1st class mail to final destination.

Express Air
Order arrives in 2 – 4 business days after leaving our warehouse. Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes.

Customs or Import Taxes
Packages delivered outside the US may incur customs or import taxes. For all international shipments, we identify the order contents and cost of the order on the custom form, however, we have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import tax when the package arrives. The person who received the order is responsible for paying all customs or import tax. We do not refund customers who refuse shipments or return items because they do not want to pay customs or import taxes. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information.

Sales Tax

In the United States, we are required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to California, where we currently operate our business. In Canada, we are required to collect GST. Sales tax is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal.

Tax-Exempt Individuals:

If you would like to claim tax-exempt status, you can request that the sales tax charge be removed from your order. Fax us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate once your order has been placed. Please include your order number and fax the certificate to the Customer Service department at 510-420-7190. After we make the adjustment to the charges on your order, we will send you a confirmation email. In cases where we receive your certificate after the order has been fully processed, we will reimburse you the tax amount.
