You may return any product within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include a copy of your packing invoice and mail it to:

We will issue your refund once your return is received at our warehouse. We'll also refund shipping charges if your return is due to a defect or our error. If you believe this is the case, describe the defect or error in writing on the packing invoice included with the return so we can approve a shipping charge refund. Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card. Check purchases will be refunded by check. Returned products must be in original condition and in the original packaging, complete with warranty card and owner's manual.

Standard return rules apply if you wish to return all copies of the item you ordered. However, if you would like to return a portion of the copies, you must keep at least 6 copies.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap is unopened.

Due to the nature of digital sheet music we can not offer a refund of your Digital Print title after it has been printed, unless there was a problem with your print.  If there was a problem printing or you have not yet printed your Digital Print title, request a refund by sending an email to digital@sheetmusicplus.com
