*Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Sheet Music Plus will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Sheet Music Plus will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Sheet Music Plus while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. We will also refund shipping costs if the return is due to our error or the product is defective. Credit card purchases will be refunded on the credit card. Check purchases will be refunded by check. We strive to offer you a competitive price, with discounts of up to 40% on many of our products. If you find a lower advertised price for the same product you purchased with us, send us the link to the advertisement within 30 days of your Sheet Music Plus purchase. We will adjust the price if the item has not yet been shipped or send you a refund for the difference. The difference in price will be determined by comparing our price (with shipping included) to their price (with comparable shipping included). Qualified competitor-advertised promotion codes and coupons applied to merchandise totals are not applicable. Comparable products must be factory-sealed new products sold in US dollars by an authorized dealer.
